About Empire Professional Contractors, Inc
Our History
Empire Professional Contractors, Inc was founded in 2022 by Lynelly Lobaina, whom ventured on her own after over 10 years of experience in the construction field.
In 2005, while working in a blueprinting company she took an interest in reading blueprints and learned them well. Shortly after she found herself working on various projects with a mentor that ignited her interest even more in the construction field. She was hands-on learning how to frame, hang drywall, finish drywall, cut and lay tile, install base and crown moulding, and professionally paint. She recalls, "He asked me for the square, and I was looking around for a square saying I don't see a square, he walks over and grabs this triangle shaped tool, I'm like that's not a square that's a triangle. Then he explained what a speed square was. I learned a lot from him".
In 2013 Lynelly had a vision of building her own Empire but she was not ready, there was still alot to learn. She was determined to learn the inside and out of every aspect of the construction field. She's a perfectionist with an eye for detail that appreciates quality.
In 2015, she joined a team that specializes in luxury condo and home remodels and with the help of two mentors Manual Montiero and Lee Hershey she learned the trade to a tee. She acquired the knowledge from design to finish. She mastered bidding, budgeting, permitting, scheduling and project management.
By 2022 she was ready, she scheduled her state exams and passed all 3 exams required to be a Certified General Contractor on her first try. It was time. And Empire Professional Contractors, Inc. was established.
